One of you is gonna fall and die, and I'm not cleaning it up!

Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?

Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Teppy, thanks. I almost fell down trying to get a box of pasta out of the pantry. So, I'm just not moving for now. I'm so sorry to hear about Not!son. I hope he can figure it out and soon.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I almost fell down trying to get a box of pasta out of the pantry. So, I'm just not moving for now.

That's just lousy, when your pain won't let you move a certain way that's otherwise totally normal. Not moving is probably the best plan for now. I hope you can get a hot bath later.

I'm so sorry to hear about Not!son. I hope he can figure it out and soon.

I hope so, too, though I have no faith that he will. People do change their lives, but they have to be the ones to find the reason to change, and he just isn't doing that. If he can't change for his little girls, I don't know what could possibly make him change.

Our wings are not tired.

That is very discouraging news, Steph.

I'm sorry about the pain, sj. I hope a hot bath can happen soon.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Ugh, it's stupid dark out. Haaaate.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm still coughing. I've got an appointment with my doctor for Thursday, but once the office opens, I'm going to call and see if she has any available appointments today.

And then I'll deal with my mom who keeps calling me to ask why I'm not "doing more" about this bronchitis. Because apparently, bronchitis can be cured through calling every doctor in the city every day, and if I'm not getting better, it's because I'm not doing that. (I've been to two doctors, and tried four medications already. It's not like I'm just shrugging my shoulders.)

Sciatica still bad today. I had to sleep on the recliner because everything else hurt too much. And my new health coverage is refusing an MRI on my swollen foot because they want me to wait to see if I feel better in a few months.

Our wings are not tired.

Good grief! Did the podiatrist have any ideas?

My primary care doctor is appealing. I should hear back in a couple of days. I don't get to see the podiatrist until after the MRI.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I hope they relent.

My pain is 70% better this morning, and I was able to not only sleep but sleep in bed. Sorry for the whining.
