What Laura said.
Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?
Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Agreeing with Laura.
Yeah. You are right. If I jump too soon it will not work out.
More realistically I've been thinking spring is better to think about it. I have spent a week with him and driven back and forth to work and that is a decent stop gap measure.
I also need to see my therapist. I haven't this month because my new health insurance kicked in and I have the deductible to worry about.
I lost track of the month and time swept by so now I need to get a refill on my meds and don't think that will happen until Tuesday at the earliest and I'll run out on Monday. I have cut it close the last 2 months . The psychiatrist is only in Tuesdays and Thursdays and I have to pick up the prescription.
I also have to get a replacement for my prescription refill coverage card for my insurance as I've lost that.
And because of my anxiety in dealing with insurance (which is why I haven't gotten a replacement) I just enrolled in my Rally health thing to earn money toward my HSA ams may not have enough time to finish challenges and lose out on some free money from the company.
I have a DBT skils book for anxiety and I need to start working on those exercises.
Blah. I need to have a colonoscopy (because the doctors still haven't figured out where my anemia is coming from), and I was figuring I'd take an Lyft there and back, but I just got the instructions for the procedure, and it specifically says that they won't let you leave in a cab unless there's someone else with you. Seriously?
That's my big stumbling block to getting one done, Hil. But I haven't received instructions. My general doc thinks I should be able to do it, but I don't think he has final say. They really don't give proper support to people who live alone and don't want to impose oin people
I got a package from Amazon today, and I hadn't ordered anything. About six inches by six inches by four feet. I opened it, and it's an umbrella. A super-fancy umbrella with a newfangled kind of opening mechanism. And it's gigantic. And polka dotted. I found the receipt way at the bottom of the box, and it was from my mother, who for some reason decided I needed this umbrella. Thanks, I guess? She also said that I should expect another box, and that I should call her as soon as I open it, but she wouldn't tell me what it was.

Hey! That's my company!
I am on a very very warm bus ugh. On the other hand, it is in Ireland so yay!!!
Umbrellas are handy.
Ireland! I really have to do that someday. Relatives and all that.
Maybe the other box will be full of rain, Hil.
