I couldn't resist posting the WaPo editorial about football needs to to stop plantation mentality to a conservative hometown acquaintance's FB page. She's responded but I can't deal. I'll look at it tomorrow. I don't understand how she/people are so blind to buy into the whole it's about the flag thing. Grrr.
Picking up friend with dead truck turned out to be no big deal, the farmer's mkt that I need to drive her to turned out to be in my hometown, not a town a ~30 minute drive to. I hadn't been to that farmers's mkt in years. Had grilled chicken skewer over noodles and veggies, that was fun, if a bit greasy.
It helped to vent here, feels like a safe space, though maybe I shouldn't vent my worse behavior here any more than in public. I try to not be an *ss, in other words.
I noticed that this website comes up first thing on go ogle search now. It used to be shielded from search, I presumed that was something that ita did. I wonder if I should say anything in the tech thread tho' I presume they know.
Oh, jeez. After googling my medical test results, Twitter keeps giving me ads for St. Jude's. Stop it, internet!
If I had more hours in the day I would do random Googles for things like squirrel mating and wood fired kilns and robots. Anything to keep them good and confused.

I've cleaned most of my apartment. Things left to do are to take care of the pile of stuff on my living room chair, mop the kitchen and bathroom floors, clean the bathtub, and vacuum the hallway and bedroom. And wipe down the kitchen counters, though that's not really part of big cleaning, since I do that nearly every day.
I also need to clean out my car, but that can be done later.
The doctor called. She's starting me on some iron supplements, and also wants me to call the front desk to make an appointment to talk about this more. I'll do that once I have some breakfast.
OK, I called the front desk of the doctor's office, and the earliest appointment they had for me was next week, so I scheduled that appointment so that I'll have something, and the person I talked to said that she'd message the doctor to see if there was a way to get me in sooner.
That does sound reassuring in the sense of it not being any kind of huge emergency, Hil.
