Zoe: I thought you wanted to spend more time off-ship this visit. Wash: Out there is seems like it's all fancy parties. I like our party better. The dress code is easier and I know all the steps.

'Shindig'

Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?

Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Sadface that the swimsuit is completely out of my size!

Steph, you were the one with the BPAL reaction, yes? Turns out you were a trendsetter!

5. PLAY-DOH
Hasbro just trademarked the smell of Play-Doh. The toy company says the smell "has always been synonymous with childhood and fun." So what is the smell? Hasbro describes it as "a sweet, slightly musky, vanilla fragrance, with slight overtones of cherry, combined with the smell of a salted, wheat-based dough." THE VERGE
That's why we always put a dab of Play-Doh behind our ears before a big date.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Ha! Yes, that was me. And I do love the way Play-Doh smells, but it's not really what I think of as a perfume.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm interviewing a new potential sitter Thursday! Wish me luck because I'm still really run down.

Our wings are not tired.

Sitter~ma! I was pretty lucky in that regard. I took the kids to work with me which provided lots of distractions and activity. We also had a family friend who was in his mid-20s that was my go to sitter for date nights. What nature didn't give him intellectually it made up for with common sense and I could trust his decision making completely. He also could play indoor and outdoor games non-stop and had the energy to keep up with the boys. He'll be going to Bobby's wedding too. After they were 2 their grandmother was always willing to keep them for weekends as often as I would let her.

You have to have time off! When they are in elementary school the social schedule and sports and thing keep you running non-stop and the time off is even more essential.

And since I feel like all I do is complain and annoy here, I'm having a pretty good day. I cleaned out anything suspect from the fridge, made a meal plan for the week, made a shopping list, and did 2 loads of laundry while sorting the rest.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I really wish I had family close by who I could depend on for babysitting. Or close friends, for that matter.

Mom comes once a week as do my inlaws, but sometimes a sitter is still necessary and easier.

Pretty crappy. Pain levels are way down from last week, but everything still hurts all the time and I'm always tired.
