Look, you got a little stabbed the other day. That's bound to make anyone a mite ornery.

Spike's Bitches 49: As usual, I'm here to help you, and I... are you naked under there?

Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bonny, you and your friend are in my thoughts. I wish you both as much peace as possible through the balance of her life. You are extraordinarily lucky to have each other.

Our wings are not tired.

Peaceful passing wishes for your friend. It is so hard to say goodbye even when we know they deserve the peace and rest.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Love to you and your friend, bonny. You amaze me.

Yeah, no, Teppy, you're going to have to work a lot harder to earn the title "monster." At best you might be a "justifiably cranky pantsed boundary setter" or perhaps a "feral editor defending her den." I know those don't have the same historical weight of legend, but I've written to the Evil League of Evil and their response was quite firm. Apparently Bad Horse snorted so hard he inhaled a portion of his dessert and was coughing up alfalfa trifle for ten solid minutes.

Frankly I don't recommend writing again until you've lured at least three children to their death, or… ooo! I know! A good slow poisoning of someone who trusts you absolutely. They have a fondness for a classic done well.

You aren't a monster Teppy for enforcing boundaries in a reasonable manner and this is reasonable given his past behavior.

M's birthday is Wednesday. I've been trying to come up with an idea and I hope it's not too corny. Instead of cake (I wanted to make one but that's not happening) I'm making Rocky Road Fudge Bars and taking him to lunch Handi's in Greenville (Indian place) and then going on a mini shopping spree at the general store for things like silly string, rubber chicken finger flingers, candy and other toys. He got some of that for his nephew and he mostly wanted to play with him.

Is that a weird idea for an adult?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Bonnie, peace and love and strength to you and your friend.

Steph, you aren't a monster, you're doing the right thing. People like that guy will ruin your life if you let them.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Is that a weird idea for an adult?

It sounds fun! And now I also want rocky road fudge bars.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I want that birthday.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Honesty? H and I moved away from home so our kid had to deal. We couldn't peel him off us, so moving seemed best. (Plus the climate here is much better for both of us--it's not all on him)

Feel monstrous you may, but the reality is you're just defending your space.
