A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Well, Doherty was the oldest sister for the first three seasons and Coombs was for the next 5, so. At least, that's how it seemed to be written to me, like they just shifted those character qualities over. Irritated me.
Haven't watched the new one yet, but The CW app/website is pretty ok for watching, sj.
-t yeah that's what I usually do when I miss an episode on the CW. Time to charge my iPad.
I couldn't record it last night because there were too many conflicts. Is it worth tracking down?
I enjoyed it, but I like Madeleine Mantock, so that could be why. Also, my guys were flipping back and forth between the Sox and Pats' games. I also knew if I watched any more politics I was going to lose my mind.
So I enjoyed it, but I was highly motivated to enjoy it. I was doing some work while it was on. I noticed I enjoyed it, because when I'd get involved in the work, I'd pause the show (which I don't usually bother with, if I just have the TV on for background noise).
The most I've seen of the original version of Charmed is when I happen to put TNT on a little early to catch a Supernatural rerun.
I'm not encumbered by either a love or hatred of the old series, so I didn't have any expectations. I don't know how old Charmed fans would feel about it.
It felt a little like SPN to me. Unlike the Winchesters, the sisters weren't raised in the life, but their entree into it is heavily based on their
mother's supernatural death.

They've made a concerted effort to make it more diverse though, which I did appreciate. Too many genre shows only do that with the weekly guest stars, and those character so often get killed off.
I'll probably watch again.
Did people watch the latest Doctor Who ep?
Only the first minute or two - I'm hoping to fit it in tonight.
Dear Oliver, you made a deal with the DA and didn't think to negotiate protective custody for yourself in prison?
They replaced boring flashbacks with boring flash forwards.
Ok, caught up on Doctor Who. That was quite satisfying.
They replaced boring flashbacks with boring flash forwards.
On Arrow? Man, I didn't even finish last season. I just lost interest after Michael Emerson left. I was going to give it another shot this season, though. Boring flash forwards really doesn't bode well, though.
