Whoa, exciting night. There was a street rumble in front of my building, I called the cops in. Currently vast numbers of bar patrons out on the street murmuring about it afterwards.

Street rumble? Do tell, Matt!!
I helped a friend unpack her mothers new senior-living apartment and grocery shop for t. And then we went to another friend's and had dinner, and then saw Hidden Figures. Yay!!
Now trying to decide if I want to try to make breakfast movie tomorrow since I have to be down there for a party at 1pm anyway...but the movie I most wanted to see was Hidden Figures, and Rogue One isn't playing for. Real fast movies. May still go to Lego batman as a good time but we shall see.
After being alerted by people yelling, what I saw was one group of guys pushing another across the street and out of my view. It looked like security from one of the bars broke things up, and at least one guy was on the ground from the fight. He got up a few minutes after the police arrived, so hopefully not seriously hurt.
Sounds like good birthdays, Suzi and -t! Yay.
Oh look, it's snowing. Bored now.
I know so many people doing Escape Rooms this weekend! My son did one yesterday for a friend's 10th birthday party - they had a blast, even if they didn't quite finish the puzzle.
It's 75 degrees F. In February. The previous record high for this date was 71, in 1998.
Pretty soon there will be giant ferns and giant insects, and the birds will grow to the size of dinosaurs, and the small remaining population of humans will all live in Antarctica because everywhere else is too hot for us.
In the opposite direction, they're predicting between 40-70 cms of snow for us tomorrow. Last I looked, we were in the snowiest belt.
On the one hand, we'll probably have a snow day. On the other hand, fuck snow.
I think we're not going to get any snow this winter.
Timelies all!
We've had flurries a few times, but nothing that stuck.
Gary and I are going to see one of our favorite Celtic musicians tonight.(Beth Patterson, whom we haven't seen in a while) One of our friends offered to babysit Mr. S for us, and we took her up on her offer when we saw the concert listing. Whee!
