Yeah, I have a gas oven but I'm pretty darn sure mine is just a storage drawer and not a warming/proving drawer???
I really don't want to work this morning. Which is awful since I took both Thursday and Friday off!! Where is my lotto winnings? I promise to only use some of them to support my extravagant lifestyle, and use the rest for good??

Since it's just the 2 of us, if we ever need to keep plates warm, they go in the oven, and the warming drawer continues to fulfill its role as storage.

This conversation reminds me I need to check if I have a drawer beneath my oven for storing the additional pots and pans currently taking up all my extra counter space.
