Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Mr. S is being super fussy today and won't nap. Sigh...

Our wings are not tired.

Mmmm cookies!

I accomplished shopping. On line, but still for a shopping hater like me that is something. JC Penny. Good deals. Spent $290 for stuff for DH and kids, but saved $386 which was nice. They have big person stuff which rocks. Remember, I live in Florida, so for DH I got this jacket in Coral [link] and white slacks. Socks and undies for all the boys, 8 shirts, the jacket and 2 pair of slacks for DH. And this for the GF in the green option. [link]

I should run around and do some other stuff. Maybe tomorrow.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

In the spirit of the season ...

The charitable gift section is fantastic.

Debet, that sounds amazing. I look forward to hearing more.

msbelle, go you with the home repair and getting things done. I received mail, btw. Thank you!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I am still stuck on what to get my mother. Monthly flower deliveries are ridic expensive.

I have completed the construction of my desk chair without having to ask young neighbors with stronger forearms to help me sink the casters. For the first time in months, I am viewing my laptop from a comfortable solid seat rather than a wicker ottoman. Hear me roar!

Our wings are not tired.

Yay! That chair did look nice. At some point I need to replace DH's desk chair again. He is rough on them.

I am horrible at gift shopping. My MIL is so good at it. I think next year I will give her my list around summer and let her go at it. I am at a complete loss with my siblings and step-dad.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

OMG, I just want to go to bed. Maybe 8?

Made two kinds of cookie dough. Should go work out. Doubt I will. Reading a book instead.
