I've had potato salad for dinner every night this week. Tonight I cooked it in a skillet, which was pretty good. Tomorrow I finish it off!

Yes, the PTB don't think 9/80 schedule and peak season are mixy things. Probably sensible, we are support so part of the job is being available when sales or customers need us.
Do you have a heel cushion for the tendinitis, aurelia? I was dubious when Kaiser gave me one, but it does seem to help.
I had s sandwich for dinner. Turkey and avocado on ciabatta.
I guess I am officially on vacation. Mowing the lawn is not going to happen. Need to tend to the cats, do some laundry, and pack. Probably in that order.

Is this already-made potato salad? Is it a mustard-based potato salad or what? I don't know how my preferred potato salad would react to being in a salad.

I highly recommend heel cushions for ankle problems. It was getting so I could barely walk before I put heel supports in all my shoes.
