The shared grief is a powerful force. I was only 9 when President Kennedy was shot and remember it vividly. Hoping to live the rest of my days without another day when the whole country grieves together.
I should be packing. I did laundry yesterday so I am almost done really. I'm an absurdly light packer. For a week out and about I will wear the shoes on my feet and won't bother to pack others. Only bringing an under the seat sized bag.
Anxiety levels have been slowly creeping up throughout the day. Hopefully I'll be able to vent tonight in therapy.
I wish you good venting, Tom.
Lunch was not ravioli with asparagus, it was spinach and artichoke ravioli. My mistake.
Lunch was/is a salad and a grilled salad. Today I eat a lot.
Timelies all!
I'm sorry about your cat, Sophia.
I was here on 9/11. This was one of the online places I checked in at, after I got home and called family and friends.
I also had salad for lunch. Cape Cod Shrimp salad at Chopp'd.
Two salads!?! I learned the interrobang here
Nope. But that cracks me up and I'm leaving it. Grilled sandwich.
Grilled salad sounded intriguing
We apparently have a small fire behind the building. Have not been told to leave the building yet, I guess we don't get to ogle the firemen.
Correction, it's the other side of the fence from us. Hwy 12 is closed though, so this is exciting.
A grilled Caesar is something I've seen at restaurants lately, where they take part of a head of romaine and put it on the grill quickly.
