The Dublin cam now just shows some employees mopping up.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I still think this story belonging This American Life
HAH. Which is also a very old Buffista injoke, if you think about it...
I'm so sad about Bourdain, he seemed like such a cool guy. There was a long New Yorker article about him recently where he talked about the depression, but it seemed like it was under control. OTOH, I guess we all know how fast that can change. Damn it.
Had a nice day off: went for a long run in the woods, got my teeth cleaned (OK less fun but my dentist says everything looks good), had lunch with a friend, took a long nap, and watched the Warriors win the NBA championship. Now I'm home and happily the fireworks have stopped, so the dog is not anxious.
Tomorrow we go see Oceans 8, and on Sunday I take the dog to her first ever agility competition! So excite.
I got eight hours straight sleep for two nights in a row. And I love EVERYONE in this BAR!
My DH was diagnosed with diabetes a couple of weeks ago and, since I basically eat what he eats, plus more candy, I went in to be tested last week. I was CONVINCED I must also have it. Got the results and I am fine! Also had good cholesterol, which was another pleasant surprise. On top of that, I may have a job interview on Tuesday. So, Friday was a good day in Scrappyland.
Excellent! Both Calli's sleep and Scrappy's blood!
I am looking forward to hearing about the agility event, Consuela.
Taking a momentary break from the cooking and cleaning. Really want to nap, but that's not happening.
Today's agility class was cancelled, so I'm actually doing things around the house. ...
The pub's webcam also has a webcam set up outside: [link] and we've been watching it for the last half hour like it's TV. We've seen like 7 bachelorette parties in 30 minutes.
I went to the big downtown multiplex this morning, and man, I am reminded why I don't usually go there. Everything is a zillion dollars (but I had a free pass and also some money on a gift card), they don't have the reclining seats, the previews were terrible and took forever, AND the popcorn and soda weren't as good as at either of my more local independent places.
But you know, I still like being at the movies more than not being at the movies.
So I'm down inColumbia & there's a huge storm in Baltimore. Reports of 3 people maybe struck by lightning in Patterson Park. Yikes.
I want to go see Oceans 8 but we are in Sacramento for pride weekend and no time.
Now if only my stupid headache would go away—I haven't even been in the sun yet and that usually makes it WORSE.
