Gud, are you around? Do your kids know a Ray-Pec kid named Lance Hays?

Nope, sorry.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm sorry, Suzi.

Is your dad worried about travel for any reason? Or about money? Those would be my guesses.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

David I often have that feeling with the word "from". From from from from--it sounds like a nonsense word, especially if you start pronouncing it to rhyme with romcom or something?

I have this one too, except I decided after a while it sounded like an insult, which led to me and a friend calling each other, "You fromzy thing!" for most of that semester.

I'm sorry, Suzi. That's a bunch of not-goodness at once. {{{Suzi}}}

He travels internationally, so the process of travel isn't an issue for him. As far as I know money isn't an issue either. For Kelly's wedding they sent the new couple cash - basically what they would have spent on travel. But really, who knows.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm just so exhausted. I'm over my foot hurting. I'm over school - though I have a bunch of assignments that I need to power through. I love the puppies, but I'm over the manic energy.

Em has a car now. It's a 2007 Honda Fit with 211,000 miles so it is the same age as my car but has fewer miles. I need to replace the brake pads and I'm going to update the head unit for her so she'll have bluetooth, USB, in-dash Nav, and a reverse camera. She wants to help me with all of that since she likes working on cars with me, which is awesome.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Aw, parent-child working on cars is sweet!

... Wait, what? The toddler has a car now?

Timelies all!

I'm sorry Suzi.

We are home, waiting for pizza delivery.

Two of my male co-workers have become roommates. They have very nearly opposite shifts, so it's fun to listen to them discussing housekeeping during their overlapping hours. They're discussing curtain rods at the moment and things to look out for regarding the dog.

Our wings are not tired.

First car!

I'm sorry, Suzi. Too much.
