Our wings are not tired.

Off to morning exercise class, but already soaked with sweat. I have to say I made the yummiest looking dish for my potluck neighborhood gathering tonight. Seriously yummy. Spinach tortellini, baby broccoli, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds, then a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Pretty! I resisted trying some.

It's BPPV and it's fixed. Hooray!

Great!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I thought, "they didn't do shit until the Ryan White CARE Act, did they?"

Right on, Policy Wonk!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Listening to NPR while I wait for dance practice and Jonathan Coulton filling Nirvana to make word is kind of awesome. puzzles

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

My grandmother died this morning. It really is for the best, but man, my uncle is wrecked. Poor thing.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I'm so sorry, Jesse. Yes, comfort and peace for your family.

Laura, that dish sounds amazing! I'ma have to try it.

I have a friend coming over in an hour and a half to help me with house stuff. It is making me clean the living room, kitchen and bathroom, so that is good. Man I have let things go.

I should spend a full weekend here pretty soon just dealing with paper.

Hivemind: If I can access bills online I don't need to keep paper copies, right? Like electric, credit cards and what not. I mean I get half of them electronic only.

I can probably jump start this paper wrangling by making file labels.

I dealt with paper this morning! Shredded a bunch, and went through all my childhood stuff and threw most of it away. Found and kept some real gems, though, including the fact that I apparently once asked my mother if Jesus was a nickname for Santa Claus.
