Not everyone has a normal temperature response. In particular elderly people very often just don't get a fever because that 'natural' response breaks down.

Thanks. After how stressed O was over Christmas tbis feels realy good. Especially since my flexibility with my schedule was one thing that was mentioned. I had been so stressed about missing work because of weather and other things.
I am also taking on and being given more responsibility and being treated like a team lead. It's been a really long time since I have felt confident about being in any kind of position like this.
