Woo Hoo! Upright -t is a good thing. Are you dizzy at all? Hope whatever it was is gone.

Timelies all!
Everybody's home today. Me, because the government closed. Gary, because his workplace follows the government's lead on closings. And Mr. S because his daycare/nursery school closed. So we're trying to figure out how to keep Mr. S occupied.
I really think we should follow the government's lead and just...not work today.

Seconded
I am half-celebrating, as I'm flying back home from a work meeting. But I have to get stuff done this afternoon because next week I'm on vacation, woot!
Also I do not remember the gerund wars. Probably for the best, as I have strong Oxford comma, cilantro, and hammock opinions.
My next business trip is Monday. I can leave my bag packed aside from the dirty laundry.
I've been on the phone changing insurance and seeing up trash service for over an hour now. I'm holding at the moment, in fact.
Gulped at the bill, but got paint for LR and Master this morning, will hopefully get those mostly knocked out this weekend. I'm really excited to see the paint colors -- I'm going darker than I've ever gone before (mwah ha ha) so I'm a little nervous.
Laura, I think B would be a great head coach! I hope it works out.
Paint is stupid expensive, but good paint is worth the price difference.

Done! Because, um, today's my regular day off.
I have walked the dog and started laundry and done the dishes. But the house desperately needs to be vacuumed and straightened. Bah.
I'm trying not to stress about the fact that 45* has just started a trade war with the rest of the world, and the stock market (where my retirement lives, such as it is) is tanking.
I would also prefer not to work today! So far I have had three meetings and lunch. Two more meetings to go, and presumably some actual work in there in between.
It's not dangerous outside here, I guess, but it sure is nasty. I am skeptical that my coworker is going to fly out this afternoon.
