Ooops - good friend so I told her to bring her own food or hummus, peppers, and lettuce would be her choices. I have always had her here previous years but hadn't invited her since she had one of those bs memes about boycotting the game over players kneeling. So I figured she wasn't watching. Guess she got over it.

On NPR this morning, they had a guy who is a veteran who said he started watching football MORE because the kneeling is exactly what he's fought for.
I always wish there were more emphasis on the fact that it's basically the most respectful protest possible.

This is also true. Ben's friend took his car into the city over playoffs weekend, and in the celebrations following the Eagles' win, his car was almost totaled by people walking all over it. It's still in the shop.
