The ghost tour I went on had us using some app called something ridiculous like Ghost Radar that supposedly turned whatever it detected into words. I could not take it at all seriouslyand the people leading the tour really really did.

3 interviews down, 3 to go (that we know of, Ive got 25 more resumes to go through.) I think they all are great candidates, but each had a minor downside. One might not be a long termer(grad school hopeful); one hit all the right buttons, but cannot start until June,; one is perfect on paper and highly self motivated and loves data mgmt, but was clearly nervous & harder to draw out. We'll see. Boss was impressed with our picks.

I put two job offers in motion today! Thank god, because I need to get those people on the team. Two men, which is weird for me -- there hasn't been a man on my team in a long time, and I've never actually hired a man ever!
