There are EMF phone apps! Which cracks me up for some reason.
I don't see how that could actually work. The radios in a phone only work for a few very specific bands.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

sarameg, I hope the phone interviews went well, despite the lack of notice.
Oh, Maria: our contracting officers are absolute fiends. I swear we waste spend more taxpayer money nitpicking through proposals than we save...
'suela, this is beyond ridiculous. I understand due diligence, but the lawyer that is handling it is wholly unfamiliar with the subject matter, and it's making our lives difficult.
Oh no, Nora. I'm sorry.
We just had another heroin overdose in the town (of 1500) where the restaurant is. 32 years old. I don't know where this ends....

I saw a Facebook post from my home county in Pennsylvania, from a cleanup they did on a stretch of rural road. Amidst the general trash and beer bottles etc, they listed three used needles. Just from one stretch of rural road. And those just the ones tossed from cars (which assumes they or their passengers are shooting up while driving).
(Greene County, southwestern corner of Pa.)
I was out sick yesterday and this morning I woke up to find 600 emails in my work inbox. I've wrestled it down to 84 and would like to take a nap now.
Connie, needles have been found alongside the road, in playgrounds, and in parking lots around here. EMS is in constant catch-up mode, and no one can get out in front of it.
I don't even want to think about the number of needles found in towns and villages. I wonder where I'd be if I'd stayed there.
Sam and Dean will be with you in spirit, Teppy. (That tour sounds so cool, ghosts or not!)
I'm so sorry, Nora, that's way too young.
Timelies all!
Sounds fun, Steph!
I'm so sorry, Nora. That's so hard.
The ghost tour I went on had us using some app called something ridiculous like Ghost Radar that supposedly turned whatever it detected into words. I could not take it at all seriouslyand the people leading the tour really really did.
