Working from home today was a good call -- between yesterday when I decided to do so and this morning, they upgraded the forecast from flurries with zero accumulation between 12 & 2, to half an inch of accumulation around 3, and as we all know, that means DEATH AND DOOM AND DESTRUCTION AND AT-ATs IN THE STREETS around here.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
The downside of us buying a house without a bathtub (literally the ONLY nonnegotiable item on my list--go figure) is that we are redoing the master bath.
