I had dinner and Jeopardy with my mother and her college roommate who was already coming to town, so that was nice. And I got a bunch of flowers delivered! So nice, but how do I keep the cat from eating them? There is literally no where he doesn't go.

Before Pumpkin destroyed it in a leaping maneuver I still can't believe she did*, I had a wall mounted vase I'd use for flowers that hung 6' up in the opening between living areas. Only place I could put flowers. Though they did leave the ones my office gave me alone on the mantle, somehow.
* she wasn't even aiming for it, just tried to use it as a bounce in a crazy parkour move and shoved it up & out of the bracket.
