Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I'm so sorry, Jesse

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Crap. I'm just realizing that I'm going to be going home in Cubs traffic. Can we please stop rehearsal 10 minutes early?

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I have no indoor plants, so it wasn't until my BIL died and I stayed at my sister's house for a week that I discovered that my dog really likes to eat flowers and indoor plants. WTF, dog.

Hey, -t and I got to see Hippocampus tonight! That was fun! There is even photographic evidence, woot.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

My cats will gnaw on any plants I bring in. I had a spider plant for a while that Leo found delicious. But I'm always worried that I'll bring in something that's toxic to them without knowing, so I don't have flowers as much as I'd like. I should do a wall-mounted vase, that's a great idea.

amyth, sorry about your knee, hope it heals up soon.

I think Greenville SC is the little town my sister was recently talking about as being a lovely place I should visit.

The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things

Noted to watch. I like fucked-up movies. Not always "like" in the sense of "enjoy", though.

My cats took it as their mission in life to uproot and shred my snapdragons, so houseplants are a thing of the past for me.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

My cat is surprisingly uninterested in my houseplants, especially considering how much he wants to eat all of the grass-like plants in the outer world.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

My cats will gnaw on any plants I bring in. I had a spider plant for a while that Leo found delicious. But I'm always worried that I'll bring in something that's toxic to them without knowing, so I don't have flowers as much as I'd like.

Yeah, he was licking and nibbling at them immediately (and knocked over the small vase), so rather than worry about it, I did leave them in the closed room for everyone's safety!

My library login thinks I am someone with the username sporty-champ-3 and that is not my borrowing history, because sporty-champ-3 doesn't appear to be a big reader. They must be so confused right now.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

We don't have any indoor plants because we don't trust the cats to leave them alone.(Not to mention what Mr. S could do.) Boots(of beloved memory) killed a plant I had by frequently knocking it over to get at the dirt. She did like to nibble on ferns, which meant my previous boyfriend would bring me flowers with a fern garnish.
