(Disclaimer: I took my first uber/lyft in Anchorage because SIL's knee got crunchy & the boys whiney after 5 miles with 2 to go, so I went along for the ride. Of course we got a guy from the base and bro & SIL & him got all into base assignments and military life talk & they all exchanged #s at the end of a maybe 10 minute ride. So.)

I have wine now! My mom gets shots in her eyes, and it appears to be bleeding from that, but she has to go to a location with a better scope (she is rural) to see if it is that, she needs to not move or lay down and it will drain.

Also lyft operates for me, but not my mom. I found a local taxi service that might help her, though. Weirdly it was my incle in the ED who knew about it!
eta. I also know my go-to cab company would go help her if I called, even though it would be eleventy gabillion dollars. I have been taking them for ten years and they know me.

I mean, it's actually more entertaining than Battle of the Network Stars? It helps that Andy Samberg is one of the judges and looks adorable.
