I listen to music while exercising, but not during actual races. Too much going on, and I tend to socialize.

I have only done one 5k and I had Kelly and her bf with me. And while they did great encouraging me and all that, I wondered how I would have fared had I just been able to plug into Hamilton and GO. I need to find another 5k.
Decided to sweep out the clean parts of the garage. Ugh that was hot.
ALL the Christmas stuff is now put away. I am not having the most motivated year.

So I do think that SYTTD is one of those sneakily liberalizing forces in the world, in showing all kinds of people, BUT I am skeptical about these poly people. I keep scolding myself for decadence for enjoying my own air conditioning. The whole Puritan gallery in my head is looking at each other guiltily for wallowing in comfort and enjoying playing with the computerized radio. My brain is silly.
