Kale tends to get kind of chewy if you freeze it
It will be cooked both before and after freezing, so that sounds OK?

Ah, yes, the thing that doesn't require shopping has a big advantage.
Anything understated.
I'm not really good at understated, is, I think, the root of my difficulty. But I really like this skirt.
so I think I'm okay to sit on the couch for a little while and veg.
Sounds like it to me. Woohoo, Canada!
I am so impressed by you folk who make food expressly to freeze it. I make food, we eat food, and the next day the cycle continues. Sometimes there are leftovers that get made into another dinner.
I can't deal with cooking after work at all, and also cooking for just one is not the best. So I have to have food I can just eat. Which is either like chips or in the freezer.
I eat lots of frozen food!
...oh wait, you mean food *I* made that's frozen? No.
Still impressive Jesse. And shrift.
Ugh. My girl. She remembers a ginormous homework project tonight that's due tomorrow. It was assigned Thursday. She remembers it tonight. I guess I'm glad she remembered it at 5 o'clock and not 9 o'clock, but oy! So much for getting to bed early.
I went to make my usual rice and quinoa mix for my lunches this week, only to find I have less then half a cup of rice and no quinoa. Not quite sure what I'm going to do for lunch tomorrow. If it had been earlier in the day, I might have gone back to the grocery store, but it was late and I just threw up my hands.
Guess I'm hitting the grocery store tomorrow.
Done! Done writing the fairy tales for the Kickstarter! All I have left to do is write 2 summaries for the kids' book, and I am COMPLETELY finished with my work.
Other than the endless spamming of my social networks about the project, so we can get funded. Ah well, this is part of why I was brought onto the project.
Woo, Jilli!
Bummer, quester.
