Two dollars.
OMG, the quote along was a blast!! I had forgotten how much love I have for that movie.
Didn't you just get a new shared cube a little while ago, Suzi? I remember you worrying about how much space to take up with your stuff...
Yes-ish. I was moved into a shared cube in the old building but never had another person actually assigned to share, so I just had a bigger cube to myself. Now I actually have to share (says the only child who never learned how to do that well).
Jack update. Doing well, but this frequent pee-ing thing may take a month or two to go away as his kidneys heal. Which means we can't leave him alone for more than a couple of hours. It is going to be a challenge. He is lucky he is so sweet.
Why would you have your wedding on Hween and not have it be at least optionally costume?
Points to our resident goth. (No, that's not a costume, that's her dress.)
And Calli, *I* saw Blindspot ... I imagine it would go in either Procedurals or Boxed Set ....
I'm gonna say that would be appropriate even at a non-costume wedding. Stylish!
True! I resisted buying so many cute dresses yesterday! But actually, I think the wedding will be pretty casual.
Why would you have your wedding on Hween and not have it be at least optionally costume?
I mean, maybe they have people who will insist on costumes? My friend said her costume is "most expensive dress she will ever buy."
She'll be dressed as The Bride, I take it.
Neato, Zen!
I have harvested some salsify, pulled some weeds, tested the Starbucks order-by-app feature successfully (and the barista was excited it worked, too, so that was fun), and it appears the crack in the sidewalk next door (that I have to really make an effort not to trip over whenever I walk anywhere so I have noticed it's gotten substantially worse recently) will be repaired or something tomorrow (city maintenance people came by and put up a No Stopping sign with tomorrow's date). Not bad.
Now I just need to make sure I keep going with inside tasks as it's too warm to keep working in the yard.
I mean, maybe not the bride, but the bride all the same!
I was kinda thinking that, ambiguously. Or [link]
That one looks way more likely.
Does anyone here cook their own Indian food? Or is it just going to be simpler to go to the restaurant and get my chicken korma fix? Though Indian food without fresh naan is a sad thing to contemplate in any case.
I'm making the crockpot butter chicken for my band leader tomorrow night. But I'm unsure what I'm going to do about the naan.
