I feel like crap and I have a prescription to pick up. These are actually unrelated, the prescription is a refill for Adderall and the crap-feeling is my sinuses, but I am thinking that if I say them like that I can justify leaving early.

Timelies all!
I know I've gained weight over the last few years. Some of the recent weight gain is because I don't get regular structured exercise. I used to use the treadmill in the basement a couple times a week after work. Now, because I have to pick up the little guy from daycare, I get home later. Also, since he's so mobile, he gets into everything, which is why having him in the basement is a bad idea.
