So my dinner plans were with a friend and some of her friends, a couple of whom I've met once. My friend just bailed! I'm sure it will still be fine, but so long security blanket!

Timelies all!
I know I've gained weight over the last few years. Some of the recent weight gain is because I don't get regular structured exercise. I used to use the treadmill in the basement a couple times a week after work. Now, because I have to pick up the little guy from daycare, I get home later. Also, since he's so mobile, he gets into everything, which is why having him in the basement is a bad idea.
