Someone on Twitter pointed out that Trump noped out of the debates as soon as it got down to three or four people, so he doesn't really have an experience with that.

That's true. I hadn't thought of that.
It's been a really crappy week. I don't wanna work, I just want to tweet lines from Hamilton all day.
Trump has the disadvantage of debating a woman.
He's such a mysognist and I have to assume it's got to eat at him some that he has to go up against a woman. Either that or he'll be even more over confident.
But what little I saw of him at the DNC he managed to stay on point for 2 sentences before rambling or at least not able to stay modulated. There's a difference in how he raises his voice and what politicians do.
You never know what will happen.
I have little hope that the debate moderators can either keep him on point or establish any control whatsoever over the proceedings. Also, I agree Gud, I would love to know who gets to try and play that opponent for Hillary.

Dear god, if they get Megyn Kelly . . .
Jon Stewart or Steven Colbert for debate moderator. I think Trump would actually walk off the stage if that were the case.
Yeah, but he's proven in interviews that he gets angry and blustery when he can't answer a question, so all it will take is a little pushback from Clinton -- or even a moderator -- and he's likely to blow his top.
I am sort of afraid that this is what makes people LIKE him. If you think that Hillary Clinton is a criminal and the actual devil, then someone having all that "righteous" anger could be a good thing in your books. I think that Trump is unlikely to convince people who do not already support him to vote for him, however, so really his sope is that the Hillary hatred is strong enough to move people from her to third party voters.
I don't think we have a prayer of shifting the people who want to vote for him. I'm after the undecided who have some vague idea that there's no real difference between the two of them and those who don't pay attention to a presidential campaign until October and who are thinking in terms of "Hey, wasn't he on TV? He was funny."
I feel like I just did a very brave thing and filled out the survey on my Dean's performance for the Provost (who will know the comments came from me and who will have my re-appointment for approval on his desk this year).
I can't even imagine a debate, because this whole election is unbelieveable.
I don't think there's any hope for people who think Hillary should be in jail for whatever reason they have (emails, benghazi, she and bill murder their enemies, etc)
Mom doesn't like Hillary and doesn't thinik she's trustworthy and I do't htink there's a way to change that but Mom's voting for Hillary. Well she's voting Democrat because she can't stand what the GOP has turned into.
So I just have to hope that the on the fence people will get turned off by Trump.
