Why is it that no matter how much you plan, there are never enough toppings for the whole baked potato?

Not a fan of this week either although there have been no big problems.

Everything has gone to complete shit at work. And there's nothing I can do to fix it.

There's a baby shower happening right now and I feel a little bad for not going but I don't know the woman it's for very well and I just don't want to be at a baby shower today. So. It's always kind of awkward to keep working when there's a big event in the office.

Another morning without a surprise nap. YAY!

K-Bug and I are hitting up a new Persian restaurant for lunch. The place had been a horrible Persian restaurant but was taken over by the folks who own my favorite middle eastern market. Reviews of the new place have been great, so fingers crossed!

My week has had some ups and downs, but my Dad seems to be recovering very well from his heart surgery Monday so it's a win overall.

David that last series had me bawling. I couldn't help it and the outpourting of support. Not just people offering support to Max's mother but also the fact they raised 1 million dollars for research for a cancer that doean't get research funded because it's so rare.

Which sent me into another round of tears.

It's been an emotional week.
