Glad you're ok vortex! Better safe than sorry (didn't your brother have a heart attack or something at a ridiculously young age, too?) that said, at one point during a race I realized my whole foot was asleep and thought there was something awfully wrong and was starting to freak out when eventually I realized I had just tied the shoe too tightly. Oops.
But maybe still plan to see the doc in the morning?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.
I thought I hated everyone while waiting for the bus for 20 minutes in the second hot day of the year, but that is nothing compared to a 7am meeting.
