"We have trust issues." Mylar

One of the things that I love most about Evil Ward is that it makes horrible, boring S1 Ward so deliciously perfect. It's like, "Awww, boo boo. You really had no clue how to be good did you? So you just turned into the blandest, least interesting person you could." Ha!

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I remember complaining in season 1 how Ward was really crappy at his job for supposedly being such a great agent, so it was great to learn he was potentially screwing up on purpose. He is so much fun to watch now that he's given up any pretense of being a good guy. Competent villainy for the win.

I loved Fitz and Simmons. It took me awhile to buy into them being more than friends, but last night sold me on their attraction and their anguish.

My one quibble is I thought Andrew's container was their way of finding and breaking into that particular base, but then it wasn't there. Either I missed something or things don't line up.

Yeah, I found Iron Chef Inhuman a little distracting. "Tonight's secret ingredient is: TELEKINESIS!"

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Seeing Dacascos anywhere always gives me a warm fuzzy feeling because ita was so fond of him.

brillig

Brett Dalton is a fantastic villain, so calmly yet gleefully sadistic.

He just seems so contentedly self-actualized. All he needs is to destroy SHIELD and make Phil suffer, and he'll be content with the world. Oh, and make May hurt.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

And maybe make Skye love him, if he's still on about that.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

My one quibble is I thought Andrew's container was their way of finding and breaking into that particular base, but then it wasn't there. Either I missed something or things don't line up.

That confused me as well.

Yeah, I found Iron Chef Inhuman a little distracting. "Tonight's secret ingredient is: TELEKINESIS!"

I got used to him on Hawaii Five-0. So, it really doesn't bother me to see him in other things anymore.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

You are all making very interesting points, but I just want to sing "Monolith" and do jazz hands like I'm in that episode of the Simpsons.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

FITZSIMMONS! oh my heart. these two. yeah the rest of it and evil Ward is 8000 times better than fake good Ward, but WHATEVER. FITZSIMMONS!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm impressed that the show did almost their whole first season with a wooden caricature of a good guy just to set up the evilness of their main bad guy. That was quite a risk, when you think about it, to start the show with a deliberately dull, trite character.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I'm not sure that it was telekinesis rather than the ability to control metal (a la Magneto). All of the stuff he "threw" was made of metal.

And I move Mark Descasos. He's so deliciously over the top.
