Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

Host ,'Why We Fight'

ita's thread

A place where we can talk about ita, miss ita, and share information about memorials. The hugging started over here in Natter.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

So good to see people and hear their voices! And everyone looked so very good and dear and so gladsome to my eyes, but Zen especially is so gorgeous I almost got tongue-tied looking at her.

Compassionately intolerant

It really was lovely to lurk in plain sight.

I found myself getting just as sad as I would have at a 3 dimensional reception and just as charmed by being with people I like so very much.

Cagney made an appearance, too.

Many thanks to Shir for organizing and as many apologies for the technical struggle.

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

Thank you so much to Shir for organizing. It was wonderful to be there, for the short time I was able to be there.

For all who said we should do things like that more regularly, we should.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

I'm sorry I missed it. Today was a regular workday for me.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I'm sorry too. I was with my mom and finally told her about ita... Add my mother to the list of people who was very fond of a woman she had never actually met (they had spoken on the phone on 2001 when I could get internet connections but no phone. Mommy was webless and ita called her for me.)

She sends her love to you all.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

It was wonderful to be there, for the short time I was able to be there.

This.

It was wonderful to be there, for the short time I was able to be there.

Also this. I'm sorry I had to leave early! It was good seeing people while I was online, though.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I think it was great so many people signed in to the hangout-- thanks Shir for spearheading that. (Apologies for any spottiness of the connection with chez bon Bob.)

The status is NOT quo.

I'm sorry I didn't sit down and chat with everyone more. I'm so glad you were there.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Sorry I missed it.
