Honestly, if I pass, write what you feel. Just don't forget to mention it if I take someone down with me. Cindy, yeah, I get that it might seem like a pileon, and I too hate when someone's down, then the world's like "And he didn't do his homework in the eighth grade either," and then people who don't know anything are like "I always knew he was shifty." However, he was literally keeping people from posting here because of their level of discomfort...how is that okay?(Sometimes I wonder if we ought to remove Gus' COMMS too, but then, how much should we revise history?)
'The Killer In Me'
ita's thread
A place where we can talk about ita, miss ita, and share information about memorials. The hugging started over here in Natter.
For the record, that was not a Bureau proposal or anything... just sometimes I see one and I still laugh at the joke, and other times it reminds me too much of getting played. But then, COMM isn't the Congressional record(Damn it, wouldn't C-SPAN be fun?)
C-SPAN of us? How long before we quit working at being extra-funny for the cameras?
As ever, I remain opposed to removing posts (aside from spam).
Damn you, FB.
A couple of days ago I saw that was coming and meant to post a warning. Sorry.
Cindy, if you haven't read the Bureau thread, you should do that, starting here.
If you had read it before you made the post above, I don't think there's anything left to say.
I haven't, Beverly. I try to stay clear of that thread in my lurkage, but I'll do so, now, because I suddenly understand I've put a toe in where I don't belong. Thanks for the clue-sticking.
Cindy, what Bev said. Sunil is no longer a member of this community, and for good reason.
Thank you, Jess. Will do. Thanks for the heads up.
Can we not do this in ita's thread? There was a whole conversation in Bureau and then Lightbulbs, where it belongs.
Sorry.
Thanks, Jesse, for saying what I was thinking.
Buy a book in Ginger's honor. Buy twelve, a couple of out of print children's books, and some nonfiction on science, and a good chunk of fiction.
OK, I didn't exactly do that, but I did start reading a book I had pre-ordered, and it was, coincidentally, by Paul Cornell who I started reading because Ginger had recommended London Falling. So that turned out to be a nice little remembrance.
