I think a black foot might call for that, yeah. (Unless he just means "ridiculously bruised," which sounds like a reasonable outcome of his vehicular adventure. But still worth following up on.)

(Also, paramedics who took the word of a 75 year old man who just got run over that he didn't need to go to the hospital, thanks bunches.
Well, unless someone is unconscious or not in possession of his faculties, I don't think EMTs are allowed to force someone to go to the hospital.
No, but I don't think "you need to go to the hospital sir" would be out of line. Though I'll accept that it was probably marginal in this case.

In NS, were working though license plates in the form AAA-000. They recently got to the F's. While they didn't issue any with the letter sequence FAG, they were not savvy enough to also hold back on FAP.
Observe my ignorance--what is FAP? Other than a sound effect?
