I would normally just send a card, but they recently interviewed to get some foster kids (in the hopes of eventually adopting them) and it was down to them and one other family...and they didn't get the kids. In additional (small) good news, we found out yesterday that CJ will get his braces off at the end of the month. Of course, we had his senior pictures scheduled for next week, but I called and pushed the appointment out until after his ortho appointment.
