Several of us went out to lunch at Olive Garden to take advantage of coupons and we brought back a slice of cake for our office manager (who brought her lunch and decided not to go). But it really wasn't related to Administrative Professionals Day, she's middle management and technically has seniority over me and all the other managers at our company.

I have vacationitis!
I've checked in for my flight. I just went to the ATM. Still need dump the rest of my electronics to recycle at my office and do a Walgreens run on the way home.
There are a couple of things I absolutely need to do before the end of the day and a job in Mountain View I need to express interest in, but I'm not yet sure how I'm going to make myself accomplish these things.
I have vacationitis, and I don't even leave until Friday morning. NO MOTIVATION.
(I do also have Augh Holy Shit I Hate To Fly stress, as well as Too Much To Do Before Friday stress. And yet no motivation.)
DO things so you can go on vacation (relatively) stress-free, people! That's a pretty quick turn around on the gratification.
I have future vacationitis, since I just got my leave balance, and it is LARGE. And then I went back through the calendar, and I have taken essentially no time off this year.

GOD. FINE.
All right. I expressed interest in the job. I'm waiting on an answer to a thing so I can throw the switch on a thing. My out of office message is set. The recycling is done. I'm eating a healthy snack of cherry tomatoes.
Which I originally typed as "cheery" tomatoes.
"Hidely-ho!" say the tomatoes. Before you eat them.
I did my work-y stuff, too, and unless they send me more tomorrow morning, I'm done with work until Tuesday.
We need to meet with the petsitter in an hour, and then tomorrow I have to check in for the flight online, run errands (PetSmart for special expensive prescription dog food that the dog doesn't want to eat; pick up the graduation gift for my brother; CVS for Rx), meet up with a fellow ADD group member to give her the group's laptop, pack for the trip, try not to melt down.
Woohoo, good job you guys!
