Jayne: Yeah, that was some pretty risky sittin' you did there. Wash: That's right, of course, 'cause they wouldn't arrest me if we got boarded, I'm just the pilot. I can always say I was flying the ship by accident.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I never thought it changed the texture overmuch.

My very favorite - and most filling - smoothie had spinach, strawberries, peanut butter, whey protein, chia seeds, coconut oil, and chocolate almond milk.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

Mine is spinach, frozen berry medley, milk (cow variety), flax seed, and whey protein. I figure some coconut oil is probably a good idea, for various health reasons. I'll have to try that in my next one.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I've had similar smoothies for breakfast two days running now. I MISS MY BUTTERED ROLL SO MUCH I COULD DIE.

Compassionately intolerant

I put coconut oil (and turmeric) in my bone broth for breakfast every morning. It makes it velvety and, as was mentioned, makes me feel super full until far into the day.

I'm loving it.

The other day, I made a loaf of coconut flour, coconut oil, egg and flax seed 'bread' that ended up being tasty. In fact, a tiny slice of it with chili or soup makes me feel MUCH more full than crackers or chips used to.

I'm all "hallelujah!" today, 'cause it turns out I can eat meatloaf! Woo! I mashed it into my mashed potatoes last night, and it was the yummiest meal I'd ever had.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

That is very exciting! And you can make all different kinds of meatloaf -- chicken, beef, pork, lamb...

Even more exciting--I can buy meatloaf already made at the grocery store deli! :-D (I really hate cooking.)

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

And, if worst comes to worst, perhaps baby food? maybe add some seasoning to make it palatable?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy is an excellent bought meal, ime.

I have had baby food. It's revolting. Except for the apple sauce one, that one was ok.
