I can't remember how many cards I sent to msbelle...
I haven't gotten anything, but a note was sent that it was in the post. Also there hasn't been a whole lot of mail delivery, between the holidays and storms. I actually suspect that my carrier was on holidays without a replacement, because I didn't receive one piece of mail between Dec. 20-30, then on NYE, I got a bunch.

From what I hear Sue, you're lucky you still get mail at all. So weird.
My elf said something would arrive by 12th Night but, since that is today and we don't have Sunday delivery, I wasn't expecting it.
The writing on my card isn't even mine.
Because that's just how devious I am.
12th night is tomorrow. It's January 6.
Actually, January 5th is 12th night, the 12th day of Christmas and last night before Epiphany.

You mean them talking about getting rid of all delivery to houses? Yeah, that did not go down very well with the public, so they've backed away for now.
Right on, I guess I conflated Epiphany, 12th night, and Three King's Day all being on Jan 6.

I am having friends over for dinner tomorrow and I'm going to try to make a Galette des roi. I've made Franipane before, and I'm using store-bought puff pastry, so it shouldn't be too difficult.
