In the year of our Lord 2010, the voters of the United States elected the worst Congress in the history of the Republic. There have been Congresses more dilatory. There have been Congresses more irresponsible, though not many of them. There have been lazier Congresses, more vicious Congresses, and Congresses less capable of seeing forests for trees. But there has never been in a single Congress -- or, more precisely, in a single House of the Congress -- a more lethal combination of political ambition, political stupidity, and political vainglory than exists in this one, which has arranged to shut down the federal government because it disapproves of a law passed by a previous Congress, signed by the president, and upheld by the Supreme Court, a law that does nothing more than extend the possibility of health insurance to the millions of Americans who do not presently have it, a law based on a proposal from a conservative think-tank and taken out on the test track in Massachusetts by a Republican governor who also happens to have been the party's 2012 nominee for president of the United States.

But, on an important tip, is Jennifer Aniston sincerely not married yet? I thought she was supposed to be both pregnant and getting surprise married any upcoming weekend, but that doesn't seem to have either happened or changed yet...

What is the appeal of Jennifer Aniston? She's a moderately pleasant looking person, and I suppose she's as talented as any other successful comedic actress. Why are the tabloids so breathlessly interested in her?

She has a really good publicist?

Customer was just told he'll have to redo several hours of work because his file crashed. "I don't have time to make copies and backups of things! Make your programs reliable!" I'm afraid I said, "well, unfortunately, you'll now need to take the time to time to recreate the work." I know better than engaging like that, but, damn, dude.

He was quite annoyed that I suggested his predicament might be in any way his fault.

Because Angelina Jolie ruined her "perfect" marriage with Brad Pitt.

And she's been single and childless since then, which makes her, the LOSER but she's such a NICE GIRL! And bitchy slutty weirdo Jolie got the Man, The Kids, and...not a marriage but damn close to it!

And Ainston is just...alone. And secretly holding her pain as she pines a way for 1) a reunion with Brad, 2) kids, 3) a combo of 1 and 2, 4) a new love who will give her kids and SUPER AWESOME wedding so she can have VINDICATION over Jolie and finally prove she IS better than the skank who ruined her DREAM LIFE.

In my last brief sojourn in support most people were within what I consider normal parameters of confused and upset, and one guy was "I have an audit on Monday and I didn't try logging into your system until Thursday despite the due date for doing so having been three months ago! Why are you escalating my case instead of helping me immediately???"

I felt bad for the person who ended up with the case.

And then I got him again the next day, as my final case.

Oh, yeah, America's Sweetheart heartbroken by the exotic beauty who lured Her Man away. Unfortunately, Her Man is ecstatic with the exotic beauty who loves kids as much as he does. So while Brad and Angelina are the poster parents of Celebrity Parenthood, Jennifer looks more and more like "Oh God, I Must Have a Man!"
