In "I can learn about self-care" news, I am totally stressed out about the press of end of year kid stuff, and stupidly scheduled a huge work thing for next week. So in addition to complaining on the internet, I just emailed two friends and suggested we get together on my day off tomorrow! (One of the plans is weeding the school garden, which manages to be BOTH virtuous volunteer work AND super fun and relaxing for me!)

Brag moment: chair test in band yesterday and Mac made 1st chair trombone. He had been 8 th chair, so a big jump. The highest he has ever been before is 4 th.
