I took a picture of Squeaky using only red light to light the room. Then I had Lightroom automatically "fix" the picture, which made it worse.
So, cool? Terrible? WTF? An abomination unto photography and cats?
Yeah, I wonder if she was hedging her bets there.
My sense is that the precipitating catalyst was long-standing, as such things often are. There was probably already a plan in place, and when everything became public, there really wasn't much choice.

Oh. I get to have my review first thing tomorrow morning. Now I know what I'll be worrying about for the rest of the day.
I have a little baby plant on my desk, it just broke through the dirt. Since I got in this morning 6 hours ago, it's grown a quarter of an inch. This is kind of cool.
That reminds me, I need to go check on my basil. We had put it outside and there was a rain storm. I though it being under the overhang would be enough but not - it was so sad yesterday.
All this busy cellular activity taking place at my elbow! I'm taking it home over the weekend, it's too little to be left alone.

Beau's job stability has been less than optimal, so he was presented with an opportunity to do some administrative work next year. He says to me: "this would not be my preference."
I told him, on any given day, I do 75% of stuff I don't want to do. In fact my entire Tuesday was more or less stuff I did not want to do.
I actually think he will do the job, and probably will like it a lot more than he fears. If I thought he'd be miserable, I wouldn't have responded the way I did.
My little balcony just got visited by a humming bird, obviously expecting to find a feeder. I hastened to put one out. Now to see if he comes back.
The Krogers here in Myrtle Beach had actual Ham Hocks on sale. Also, it has the largest pickle section I've ever seen.
