We have to see the chimp playing hockey! That's hilarious! The ice is so slippery, and, and monkeys are all irrational. We have to see this!

Because books.

I just managed to break the shower. Or at least the part you pull up on to get the shower on. Argh.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I think I have replaced that before, Amy.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Jesse, I heard about that, and I was wonder if (spoilers for the already aired finale) it was just a happy accident that the finale ended with that character having a gun on him, or if Shonda Rhimes was already planning on killing him off.

Yeah, I wonder if she was hedging her bets there.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The Kitty Games: Catching Fire

Disclaimer: No cats were set on fire for this picture.

I took a picture of Squeaky using only red light to light the room. Then I had Lightroom automatically "fix" the picture, which made it worse.

So, cool? Terrible? WTF? An abomination unto photography and cats?

Compassionately intolerant

Yeah, I wonder if she was hedging her bets there.

My sense is that the precipitating catalyst was long-standing, as such things often are. There was probably already a plan in place, and when everything became public, there really wasn't much choice.

Reminds me of RDJ/Ally McBeal.

Oh. I get to have my review first thing tomorrow morning. Now I know what I'll be worrying about for the rest of the day.

brillig

I have a little baby plant on my desk, it just broke through the dirt. Since I got in this morning 6 hours ago, it's grown a quarter of an inch. This is kind of cool.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

That reminds me, I need to go check on my basil. We had put it outside and there was a rain storm. I though it being under the overhang would be enough but not - it was so sad yesterday.
