ION, I've been busy changing passwords. . . and then rechanging them when I try to log on to something and cannot remember what I changed the password too.
Exciting day.

It's definitely worth the investment, I think. I am just not sure that *we* have enough money to make it livable, short term. Banks don't loan a lot for renovation loans if you don't already have equity.
