I'll look at the recipe when I get home, it might be super easy. Some of them are. Dumpling recipes. But but mushroom ravioli in borscht sounds yum.

Well, I hope you people are happy. Ukraina Deli did not have vushka but they (and by extension I) do have cabbage rolls, which are almost dumplings, and latkes, which are almost pancakes. And also a bunch of Ukrainian beer. So dinner is set.
