As I typed ravioli, I was picturing tortellini, so that works out.

Well, I hope you people are happy. Ukraina Deli did not have vushka but they (and by extension I) do have cabbage rolls, which are almost dumplings, and latkes, which are almost pancakes. And also a bunch of Ukrainian beer. So dinner is set.
