My poor sister has been stuck at Dallas airport all afternoon. Now she's sitting in a plane that was damaged by the de-ice machine and may not be able to take off.

I expected to see lot more red carpet posts by now.
Went for a run - not only did I not get hit with another reaction, I was able to actually keep running (slowly, but one thing at a time) through all the "free running" portions of the training. It's like I am actually improving my physical conditioning via this training.
