Am now watching Colbert from the other night, and I can't believe how much of an asshole Rick Santorum still is.
I'm behind on both The Daily Show & Colbert. Last night I was wondering why I was watching Joe Scarborough on TDS when I could be watching Lego Batman.
"gray collar workers"
I thought it was a euphemism for people paid off the books (or under the table -- some prepositional phrase, for sure) for their labor, in an attempt to make every category of worker into some sort of "collar." Because isn't "pink collar" a thing, or wasn't someone trying to make it a thing? (Stop trying to make "fetch" happen!)

Pink Collar is totally a thing -- the phrase goes back to the 70s, and it's pretty widely used/understood.
I'm still at work because I'm going to a thing that starts at 7 and there's really no point in going home first. This means I can sit at my desk playing Tiny Death Star for the next half-hour, right?
