oh Trudy.
I wish.

Just petting the dog, who was friendly to that point. Big - to give you an idea, the big puncture is in the meaty part of my hand right underneath the pinky. The bruises and scrapes go six inches up my wrist.
I should say the dog owner looked shocked and kept offering to take me to the hospital. Unfortunately I was in a meeting with a client an hour later so I just washed and sprayed with bactine and threw on a bandaid. I get into the meeting room and of course the first thing he does is give me a big hearty handshake. Ye gods that hurt but I somehow managed not to react.
Holy crap, brenda! I'm glad it's not worse.
Meep!
man brenda, you are made of tough stuff.
will the owner pay your bills?
I don't understand why hospitals on TV (or, OK, just Grey's) are so dark
I may not be remembering this right because I don't actually pay that much attention to the running the hospital aspects of the plot, but didn't they have to close some departments and possibly floors when they kept the ER open? Or something?
But yeah, they've always had that whenever they wanted to set the mood.
You know who's the best on Grey's? The FNL kid. Love him.
Yes, yes he is! I was bummed he was so underused the first season he was on, he's got some good stuff going on now, though.
Oh yeah, that guy! I also appreciate the actor's name being Gaius.
So, my thumb is all blistered from cutting, and I have a lot more to do! And that's just step one of the rug project. Somehow I think this may never actually happen.
I admit, I always think of him as Smash. I should at least think of him as Gaius if I'm not going to remember his last name (or his character's name, but I can blame that on Yang). Gaius is memorable.
Woe for the blisters! I am rooting for your heretofore cunningly concealed craftiness to emerge, Jesse.
That's why I avoid being crafty, Jesse. Then again, I'm always envious of the crafty projects.
I do think it would be cute in the end, and the stuff won't go bad if I don't work on it for months, so. (It occurs to me that next weekend, I should start packing. Oy.)
