Man, I take a handful of supplements: calcium/magnesium, fish oil, vit E, vit B, vit C, and sometimes a probiotic if my innards are fucked up beyond their normal fucked-upped-ness.

I am taking turmeric/black pepper extract (for inflammation) and glucosamine for joints. And eat a banana a day, as does my roommate who's a cyclist. We go through a RIDICULOUS amount of bananas.

Fish oil, vitamins B and D, folic acid, biotin, cranberry extract, DMAE, rhodiola, glucosamine, and quercetin in the morning, calcium/magnesium and aspirin at bedtime. Plus Celexa, .5mg of Ambien at night, and medical marijuana. Thank G-D I am not on the hellacious amount of abx anymore.

The good: Work offers a free course on defensive driving.
The Good: My car insurance might give me a discount for taking the course.
The bad. Took me forever to get access to it.
The bad. I didn't realize how long this bloody thing is. And I started late in the day.
The meh. It's finals week (i.e. not much for me to do), and I came in late both yesterday and today, and need to leave early on Thursday. Sooo, staying a little late to finish this course isn't a bad thing. Just... it's all common sense things I already do. So, rather boring. I had to open my emergency can of Coke for a caffiene boost! And I still have 2.5 sections and test to go. Eep!
